Request for reconsideration of SAM3 access

Hello SAM3 Team,
My access request for the facebook/sam3 repository was recently rejected. I would appreciate it if you could manually review my request or reset it so I can submit the required information again.
I need SAM3 for local development and experimentation with my computer-vision project. I will comply with the SAM3 license and all applicable usage restrictions.
