Move arxiv id from metadata to markdown

Hello! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team.
This PR improves the model card by moving the arxiv ID from the YAML metadata section to the Markdown content. This follows the Hub's best practices for metadata formatting, ensuring the model is correctly associated with its research paper while keeping the metadata clean.
