hunyuan_video_avatar_720_quanto_bf16_int8.safetensors stuck at 61%

Hello, the above .safetensor is not located in your repository, more over, the cdn-lfs-us-1.hf.co is not accessible to download it.
I'm using the Wan2g ->Hunyuan Video Avatar 720p 13B in my Nvida RTX 3060 with 12 GB Vram, (avatar image) with sound .But it's stuck on "denoising" and doesn't render out the result. Looking at the log, it's stuck on 60% download of the hunyuan_video_avatar_720_quanto_bf16_int8.safetensors file. Please help.
