Get the Model: Open LM Studio and click the magnifying glass icon. In the search bar, paste this exactly: Abiray/gemma-4-E4B-it-heretic-GGUF.
Download: You’ll see a list of files on the right. Pick 'Q4_K_M' (it's the best balance of speed and quality) and click Download, that's it.
